Full Professor of the University of Salamanca in Research Methodology and Evaluation in Education. She has six six-year periods of research and transfer and seven five-year periods of teaching. Gloria Begué Award for Teaching Excellence and Maeztu Award for Excellence in Research from the University of Salamanca (USAL). She was the Vice-Rector for Quality and Degree Courses from 2020 to 2024, and director of the Research Institute for Educational Sciences (IUCE, <a href="https://ror.org/00xnj6419/" target="_blank">https://ror.org/00xnj6419/</a> ) from 2009 to 2020.
